1. The Agreement

These terms form a binding legal agreement between you and OsaniRank ("OsaniRank", "we", "us"). By registering an account, installing the OsaniRank Chrome extension, or accessing any web tools on app.osanirank.online, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

2. Access Plans & Credit Model

OsaniRank operates on a daily free credit model and optional premium tiers:

• Free Daily Credits: Every registered user receives a complimentary allocation of 100 daily credits for volume lookups and SERP parsing.
• Pro Subscriptions: Pro accounts receive expanded monthly credits, priority API queue status, and access to batch analysis tools.
• Server-Side Settlement: Credit deductions are calculated on our Cloudflare API Gateway. Failed third-party lookups never deduct user credits.

3. Digital Delivery & Instant Fulfillment

OsaniRank provides instant digital delivery for all cloud software services, browser extensions, and account upgrades. No physical goods or shipments are involved. Upon account registration or checkout completion, your personal API authentication token (osr_...) and dashboard tools become accessible instantly with zero delay.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use OsaniRank for legitimate SEO keyword analysis, competitor research, and client auditing. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the internal APIs serving the extension or web dashboard.
• Distribute, resell, or publicly share your private authentication token with unauthorized parties.
• Attempt to bypass credit limitations, flood API endpoints with denial-of-service traffic, or compromise server security.

5. Data & Metric Accuracy

Search volumes, live CPC bids, and competition indicators are retrieved through official APIs including Google Ads API v25, Ahrefs, and Moz link metrics. These are third-party metrics passed through faithfully for research and guidance. While we strive for maximum precision, search rankings and search volumes fluctuate dynamically, and metrics are provided for analytical guidance rather than as a guarantee of ranking performance.

6. Intellectual Property

The OsaniRank platform, user interfaces, branding, extension codebase, and design system are the exclusive property of OsaniRank. Google, Google Ads, Chrome, and the Chrome Web Store are trademarks of Google LLC. Moz and Domain Authority are trademarks of Moz, Inc. Ahrefs is a trademark of Ahrefs Pte. Ltd. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

7. Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time directly through Settings > Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate acceptable usage rules or engage in automated abuse.

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OsaniRank shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from search engine ranking fluctuations or external provider API outages.
