Refund Policy

1. Free Daily Credit Access

Every user starts with a free plan featuring 100 daily credits, no credit card required. Free access includes the full Chrome extension SERP metrics bar, live domain authority badges (Moz DA, Ahrefs DR), on-page SEO auditor, Check My Links scanner, and core SaaS tools. Because you can test the software completely free with zero financial obligation, we encourage users to verify compatibility prior to purchasing a Pro upgrade.

2. Pro Plan Refund Eligibility

If you purchase an upgraded Pro plan and encounter an unresolved technical issue preventing you from utilizing the service, you may request a 100% full refund within 14 days of purchase:

• Technical Faults: Verified server API access barriers or unresolved extension connection faults are eligible for an immediate full refund.
• 14-Day Window: Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of the original transaction date.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel your Pro plan anytime directly from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your account retains full Pro access until the conclusion of your current billing period, after which it simply reverts to the standard free tier without penalty or further charges.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email our support team at support@osanirank.online with:
